A list of great International Educators on Twitter (outside the US)

One of the great benefits of being on Twitter & blogging is getting in touch with fantastically talented educators that inspire others with their words and the content they share.
Most of the educators I have connected with are located in the US but I have been interested in expanding my network of international educators outside the US as well to get a broader view of the educational scene around the world. Also because a lot of teachers in my home country of Iceland have asked me to connect them with classes abroad for visits, Skype Classroom sessions, collaboration projects etc. so I wanted to collect great educators in as many countries I could.
So I tweeted out recently and asked my PLN (Personal Learning Network) to tweet their favourite non-US educators on Twitter to me which I collected. In light of the culture of sharing things we come across I decided to post this list for all of you here and in return I ask you to tweet to me (or comment below) more inspiring educators you have in your network so I can add to this list of ours.

This is the group I collected so far and will hopefully help you extend your PLN and worldwide collaboration. I know this is only a small portion of all the fantastic International educators on Twitter.
If you have suggestions of fantastic people (who preferably tweet in English) I could add to this list please don’t hesitate to tweet them to me: Tweet to @IngviOmarsson
It would be great to create a long list of great international educators so we can more easily collaborate across borders.
Thanks for being awesome and part of my PLN.
Ingvi Hrannar Ómarsson, Icelandic Elementary Teacher & Entrepreneur.
